The 9th National Harm Reduction Conference: From Public Health to Social Justice is the only multidisciplinary conference on issues relating to improving the health of drug users. Hundreds of people from around the country will meet to address HIV, hepatitis, overdose, incarceration, stigma and many other issues affecting drug users in this country.
